Fly/gnat problem that wont go away?

i call them sugar flies, believe it or not the flies and their eggs are microscopic at first then given the right temps and conditions, your sink, they form into bigger more annoying insects. the bleach thing would work if you scrubbed the right spot, but after they hatch they fly to another spot and lay more eggs. sad thing is you dont know where they lay them. using lysol disinfectant spray everything you can touch. get some bleach and hot water in your sink and run it thru your disposal. clean as much of your house as you can with the lysol.
