PLEASE HELP ME GET RID OF THESE GNATS!?

For the past week, these irritating gnats have been invading my house. I'm sure that there are @ least 20 here! I've already tried to get rid of em by putting out the bowls of Apple Cider Vinegar/dish detergent mixture. I put 2 bowls out, one in the kitchen and 1 in my bedroom. I only caught 3 in my bdrm and NONE in the kitchen. I've put away all of my fruits/veggies, I don't have any houseplants, & I've bleached all of my countertops. Is their something that I'm doing wrong? Are there any other hone remedies to help me get rid of these things?
