Tiny brownish flying insects all over my house?

there is a small fly called a drain fly, aka moth fly, it has a distinct look to it so googling images for them you should be able to tell if that is them...when I come across them there is usually a serer issue to deal with, pouring something down the drain to kill eggs won't stop them
