HELP!?!?!? Gnats and centepides are starting to infest the house that I live in!?

Try to buy some like roach and ant spray stuff for like 15 bucks and just spray the house down, wait for a time he's not around or really busy or whatever and start squirting the stuff along the base of the walls and make sure you get the window-sills too.
